What forms of payment do you accept?

I gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal. I do not accept work for trade at this time.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you're not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. You can also use a major credit card (see above). Financing through PayPal is also available, with 0% interest for the first six months on any order above $99. I no longer accept small pieces of beach glass as payment, apologies.  

What's the lowdown on your shipping?

*Your order will ship within 2 to 3 weeks.
*For most international orders, shipping costs average between $19.95 and $44.95, depending on location and size of product ordered. I will contact you after a purchase if any additional shipping is required for your particular corner of the globe. (Why would a globe have corners?)

My purchase arrived damaged, what do I do?

While I take care to make sure the art is packed as safely and securely as possible, unfortunate events are still possible in the shipping process, and it totally sucks. Unfortunately, if the item is damaged through the fault of the mail carrier, I cannot refund payment, but I will work with you to direct you to filing a claim. If the damage appears to be through neglect on my end, I will refund full payment depending on the nature of the damage and attempt to provide a replacement if the item is a print. Each original painting or drawing is of course one of a kind and cannot be replaced.

Why haven't I received my shipment yet?

Though every attempt is made to provide the perfect shopping experience, sometimes even the best intentions can fall short. Kindly send a request through the contact section to see about the status of your order, if the two-three week deadline has passed.

If you supplied an incorrect address, spell it all wacky or move without notifying me and your package gets returned, you will be charged for shipping it to the correct location. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship to most countries and continents, per additional shipping fees.

These questions don't seem like actual FAQs, did you write them yourself?

It's possible. Why would you ask that? Look over there!

My print arrived in my country (non U.S.) and I have fees to pay. What gives?

Every shipment is made through USPS (almost all of the time) with tracking and insurance on the full value of the purchase. For certain international destinations, this may incur additional import fees or tarriffs. Unfortunately I cannot account for every specific international tax on imports, and any required duties must be paid by the purchaser in their respective country. 

Can't you just mark the shipment as a lower price value so I don't have to pay the import tax?

No. Unfortunately, this would negate the insurance placed on the item and in imposes a greater risk for reimbursement on the off chance damage should occur via shipping.

How do refunds work?

All refunds, including any refunds for return shipping charges, will be credited to the payment method used to purchase. I will do everything I can to refund quickly and you will be notified of your refund by e-mail.

Will you invade my privacy or otherwise sell my personal info?

Never. I don't give or sell your personal info to any other company, human, or animal.

What's your policy on flipping?

So glad you asked! I reserve the right to cancel or modify any order, at any time, for any reason. If I suspect or have evidence that a purchase is made with direct intent of instantly selling at an extreme markup (flipping), especially if the item has not been shipped, then I will cancel the order and refund the purchase and shipping cost. I try to do my utmost to get my work in the hands of people who can truly appreciate it, rather than to those whose only goal is an instant quick profit, and I will act accordingly to do so.
