What forms of payment do you accept?
I gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal. Not a big fan of Diners Club please. I'm not accepting work for trade through this site at this time.
How secure are my transactions?
This store is wicked secure. It uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Also, I think lasers are involved.
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you're not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. You can also use a major credit card (see above). I no longer accept small pieces of beach glass as payment. My apologies.
What's the lowdown on your shipping?
*Your order will ship within 2 to 3 weeks.
*For most international orders, shipping costs average between $19.95 and $34.95, depending on location and size of product ordered. I will contact you after a purchase if any additional shipping is required for your particular corner of the globe. (Why would a globe have corners?)
My purchase arrived damaged, what do I do?
While I take care to make sure the art is packed as safely and securely as possible, unfortunate events are still possible in the shipping process, and it totally sucks. Unfortunately, if the item is damaged through the fault of the mail carrier, I cannot refund payment. If the damage appears to be through neglect on my end, I will refund full payment depending on the nature of the damage and attempt to provide a replacement if the item is a print. Each original painting or drawing is of course one of a kind and cannot be replaced.
Why haven't I received my shipment yet?
One possibility is that you supplied an incorrect address. If you supply a wacky address, spell it all crazy or move without notifying me and your package gets returned, you will be charged for shipping it to the correct location. I'll also throw in a note congratulating you on your new residence or offering encouragement on your spelling progress. Reading is fundamental.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship to most countries and continents, per additional shipping fees.
How do refunds work?
All refunds, including any refunds for return shipping charges, will be credited to the credit card used in your purchase. I will do everything I can to refund quickly and you will be notified of your refund by e-mail.
Will you invade my privacy or otherwise sell my personal info?
Never. I don't give or sell your personal info to any other company, human, or animal.
